WHY ARE WE REBRANDING THE CASCAMITE RANGE?

Ureka is no exception. The Cascamite brand has been in the workshops of woodworkers since 1937. Its remarkable history and longstanding place in the market highlights its status as a legacy brand.
Today we are challenged with a fast paced consumer market of which expectations for service and product quality are higher than ever. This presents a wealth of opportunity for businesses that are innovative, forward thinking and keen to embrace change.
To address these ever-changing market trends, we have spent the last twelve months listening to the market and noting feedback and analysing customer sentiment. This feedback has driven our decision to update Cascamite’s look and feel. It currently serves its purpose but does it do it well? It is clear there is room for improvement. That is why we are launching a rebrand for the range.
WHAT IS CHANGING?
A new brand structure – Cascamite is now the brand name as well as a product in the range. This aligns Cascamite with the branding structure of Ureka’s other brands, such as Woodstikk and Turfstikk.
New brighter colours – Picking the new colours was not easy but we have chosen a fresh palette that maintains similar hues to the old brand just brighter.
A new modern typeface – Selecting the right typeface is always challenging. However, we are confident that the new typeface provides a modern look while reflecting the brand’s rich legacy.
