Eddie Pratt, Director, IEI3 Limited.  Eddie began his career in investment banking, advising companies raising debt and equity and pursuing mergers, acquisitions or dispositions.  In 2003 he founded Titan Wood and led its newly incorporated parent, Accsys Technologies PLC when it floated on London Stock Exchange’s AiM market.  Accsys developed two new building materials Accoya lumber and Tricoya for engineered wood panels, both high performance materials which are now used all over the world.  Eddie recently stepped down from his roles as Chairman of Accoya USA, a joint venture he initiated with Eastman Corporation, and director of strategy and business development at Accsys. He now helps businesses which are seeking to grow, raise finance or exploit their technologies through technology licensing or strategic partnerships.
