Visitors to Materials and Finishes Show will have the chance to see products come to life in the Demo Zone, where there will be running woodworking machinery on the show floor. 

From CNC routers, 3 axis and 5 axis machining centres to beam saws and CNC drilling machines, a vast range of machinery will be on display for a broad range of industries including panel processing, solid wood, plastic and non-ferrous materials.

FIRE PREVENTION

GreCon's spark detection system for industrial production offers cutting-edge technology to detect and extinguish sparks in real-time, mitigating fire risks and safeguarding machinery and facilities. With precise sensors and rapid response capabilities, GreCon's system ensures proactive fire prevention, enhancing safety and productivity in various manufacturing processes. This system will be running throughout all demonstrations.

DUST EXTRACTION

All machines operating in the Demo Zone will be connected to a dust extraction system supplied and installed by Extractly Ltd, one of the leading dust and fume LEV extraction companies within the UK.

The system, which will comprise a modular filter unit and extraction fan, together with Nordfab QF Ducting, will also feature ECOGATE ‘on-demand’ energy-saving technology which can reduce the cost of powering an extraction system by over 50%.
